Delivery and Refund Policy

Products Delivery

  1. We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company or driver(s) appointed by us. We aim to deliver within the timeframe indicated below, but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

    *Items will be delivered on the next day after the order is placed.

  2. On delivery of the product, you are required to sign for delivery. You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for delivery. All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.
  3. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

  5. We will provide the consignment number and courier company for the customer to track their parcel. It is the responsibility of the customer to track the delivery status of the parcel.
  6. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a message giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
  7. If you request for redelivery, we are entitled to charge for providing the service.
  8. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us immediately of any change to their delivery address.
  9. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

Return Conditions and Process

  1.  You may request to return any product(s) you have purchased within 7 business days of receiving the product(s) at your delivery address for any of the following reasons:-
    (i) The product(s) delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on:-
         (a) The website on the date of purchase; or
         (b) The product(s) delivered is expired or damaged.
  2. You may only return product(s) that are:-
    (a) Unconsumed, unused, undamaged and unwashed;
    (b) In their original packaging;
    (c) Unopened and unmarked; and
    (d) Returned as a whole and not broken into parts.
  3. For health and hygiene reasons, some products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly contact our team to check if a specific item can be returned.
  4. To proceed with your return request, you must notify us by email at store@yansociety.com within seven (7) business days of receiving the product at your delivery address.
  5. We will confirm your request for a return through email and upon receiving such confirmation, you may return the product by courier to:

  6. Upon receipt of your return request, we will review your return request and it is our sole discretion in deciding to:-
    • Replace the products with a new item;
    • Give you a full refund for the product;
    • Credit your account with the value of the product; or
    • Inform you that the product(s) is not eligible for return.
  7. You agree to arrange for and pay the costs of returning any product(s) to us, be it by post or otherwise. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of providing any collection service from the refund amount.
  8. Your return can only be processed once we received and approved your return request.

Exchange Conditions and Process

  1. We may allow for an exchange of the products on a case by case basis. Kindly contact us in order for us to guide you on how to proceed with making the exchange.
  2. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of any delivery and/or collection services that may be incurred in the process of completing the exchange.

No Obligation to Refund or Exchange

  1.  We reserve the right not to accept any requests for a return or exchange and retain the discretion not to provide a reason for our decision.
  2. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we reserve the right to decline the return requests, for any of the following reasons:-
    (a) The product(s) is not returned in satisfactory condition in its original packaging; or
    (b) The Product(s) has been opened, used or otherwise tampered with to the extent that it is no longer in a saleable condition.
